I would like to endorse Lukas for their consulting and educational skills. Lukas has been my friend, my colleague, and wonderful  community partner for over 6 years.  As a founder of STIRY ( Supporting Transgender Immigrant & Refugee), and Senior Director of DEI in Cascadia Behavioral Health, I have worked with Lukas in multiple capacities. Lukas has been a true social justice advocate, transformative leader, great trainer and honest and transparent consultant. In my experience  Lukas is a dynamic leader, compassionate human being and always willing to put the need of marginalized people as their top priority. Their ability to elevate the voice of most marginalized people and empowering the Indigenous, Black & brown, LBGTQ+ people in every space that they enter has always impressed me. Their exceptional ability to integrate the equity and inclusion in their every day work has been remarkable. Lifting up the marginalized people and elevating their voice  has been the core of Lukas' work ethic. Lukas is a relational, interactive, inspiring human being and educator.
